Canran presented at the GSA Finalists Session and was selected as a Gold Winner for her work on a smart bandage that integrates engineered materials with microfluidic sampling and continuous wound analysis. It was validated in both mice model and pilot human study, addressing a critical unmet need in chronic wound management.
